I sense these "sharks" could be the "insiders" also, trying to "re-coup" their money since the company lost money in so many quarters. I dare not to Q even @0.20, but I have already indicated that I Q @0.15 for any sudden drop (at least CLOSE to its NAB value). If I get it, good. If I do not get it, no problem.

@surewin123 I think the so-called LOI...even if they got it....will be end up only making "so little" after all it is under "negotiation". It will not be justifiable for the HIGH stock price. Furthermore, any VALUE will not be realized until certain periods later. Anyway, this is my own assessment and opinion only. So...you can decide.

Hey, interesting find. After comparing the newspaper article to the announcement, I think that's probably referring to:

"Fasa 2A: 1 Tingkat Basement Dan 4 Tingkat Podium Tempat Letak Kereta"

But I could be wrong. But to me that means, Anzo has received contract from KNSB before.

That's why the condition of the LOI includes that they will be working with MCC Overseas LTd.

That drop, in my opinion was a domino effect. Somebody threw a big chunk of shares, and all the other sharks were surprised and didn't see it coming and everybody just followed since the drop after drop kept triggering everybody's stop loss level. Pump and dump gone wrong, because it affected all those who joined during the initial climb. Even got people who exercised their warrants and who are now probably not very happy.

Find time to read, and we'll see next week.

In both announcements, I only find this:
"The financial commitment required by HCCSB together with source of fund can only be determined upon finalisation of contract documents and final contract pricing."

At the moment, I'm inclined to think Datuk Chai as a major shareholder/executive director at KNSB probably got his sight set on potential source of funds for Anzo to work with MCC on the project hence the LOI. Good chance to clean up his name too hehe.
