To me I think for property stock , they manage to did profit it’s good enough.

What do you expect from a share that is only worth 40 sen ?

Unless your saying it’s a RM 2.50 share and having 7 mil PAT as a result.

With this , I believe fair value is at 70 sen . See you at that level :)
