When new player came in, in the 90s, cygal was traded heavily @1.60. I presume it was sold for atleast @1.60. When right issue was issued, cygal was traded at , i think, @.60. Who wld want to go fot the exercise whem mother shares were at @.60 a share n rights was about @1.00 wth warrant thrown in. I believe many big boys are caught n nobody dares to push so as not tp benefit others. So wait again when it hits below @.15.
