The auditor tarnished the company's financial position with disclosure of its financial constraints, esp on cash flow, b4 the company announces its impending quarterly results. Just guess y both the parties allowing such a degrading announcement to be made at the wrong time. Conspiracy theory to press down the stock price for accumulation or else?

First time heard of UHY. It's make or break. If better then they will make a name for themselves instead of the usual names. Even top names also not so good. Remember the cargo one?
