Quarterly report coming out on monday. A pretty report that include sunshine bertam had just opening. Net cash company with NTA more than share price. MD name already very got power. The sky dragon.

Bro/Sis,RM3.60 target price is only counted the sunshine tower. The current operation retail and manufacturing you still haven't added into. A year EPS 60sen. If RM3.60, it's only PE 6.
