日本夹板库存跌需求增 大马夹板公司受惠大

日本是马来西亚夹板（PLYWOOD）最大的进口国之一，最近日本的夹板库存量下跌，需求增高，预料会向大马，印尼和中国增加夹板进口量，东马的夹板生产公司的夹板销售预料会增加。

根据日本林业报告指出，南海国家（包括大马和印尼）的夹板供应出现紧张，主要是树桐的供应减低，因此夹板船期拖延情况严重。

该报告指出，船期延误三至四个月，港口的库存量减低，与此同时，日本境内的夹板需求强劲。

供应少，需求强，夹板的价格应此在今年节节提高，对於夹板生产公司而言，盈利有望因此提高。

日本林业报告表示，雨季导致树桐砍伐缓慢，至今天气尚未改善，夹板厂无法获得高素质树桐，夹板生产因此减低。

沙巴州为大本营的富佳木业FLBHD可能就是其中一家受惠的公司，富佳的股价是RM1.54，本益比是7.76倍。

目前夹板的每立方公尺售价已涨价25美元，预料价格还会往上涨。

富佳木业截至六月卅日第二季，净利按年下跌35.3%，达到300万令吉。

日本对大马的夹板进口需求相信会进一步提高，特别是沙巴州生产的夹板，主要是沙巴州的树桐大多为种植林砍伐，符合日本的环保条例要求。富佳木业将是其中一家受惠的公司。

If you read other timber company report, they did mentioned about short supply of log due to regulation and commitment to sustainable forest logging. They have to scale down their timber logging activity.

FLBHD director still selling and reluctant to buy back his shares.

Based on these 2 reasons, we guess raw material issue still persist for FLBHD.
