from what I understood from the mkt, Fund raising fastest for ECRL will kick start only on 2H 2019 somewhere in Sep 2019 or later. For whole mkt engine to kick start, it at least need another 1 year or 2 years before seeing any concrete profits.

i guess its potential to win job is very high. so many project alredi annouced. its just timing funding, etc come out. ECRL even reduced in cost also 44bil, imagine if others like Bandar Malaysia, Johor rail etc......Malaysia still need developments. We just need some breathing space like 2 years to bring down debt level first so the interest wont kill the fundings.

When nominal debt reduced, slowly with income tax, dan lain-lain tax kick in, you will see more and more project available. Its 5yr terms, pakatan also want to continue win next election, next yr onwards will have more and more visibility.

This widad is very diversified...very rarely u get a Bumi company so diversified listing on the Bursa..its like mrcb coming to list...the thing is the investment community does not/has not seen its potential yet...
Malaysia Boleh companies with nothing at all are played up....but this one has so much..
Qtrly profit damn good...
Dont play contra...at these prices..good to pick up..

2 Creating artificial volume to attract attention..unlikely
3 Blocking n collecting..most likely..
4 shares being sold off to 3rd party...maybe

Before u secure big contracts...parties involved may want a stake in the public listed company.
My guess is this.....not sure..just a guess..
