I think EPF is still selling, Q4 sales of over 400mil as expected consider only SouthView launch in Q4, 2014 sales might be slower since management's target launches of 2bn GDV in 2014 + stricter government regulation. I think most of fund houses will only react after the research reports come out tomorrow, still property sector is not their darling.

broker houses dont like UOA because it is stable and with predictable earnings, preferred by long-term investors. remisiers like volatile stocks they can make their money from.

Very good counter that pays great dividend. At 2.35 sens, it is still cheap. The earnings per share is 28 sens. It is only trading at 7.x times PE. Latest announcement, they are paying 13 sens dividend which works out to be 5.x %. The stock fair value should be about RM 3.80.
