Reference is made to the announcement dated 9 October 2020 in relation to the proposed bonus issue of up to 1,336,281,385 free warrants in the Company (“Warrants C”) on the basis of 3 Warrants C for every 8 existing ordinary shares in the Company (“XOX Shares” or “Shares”) held by the entitled shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later (“Entitled Shareholders”) ("Entitlement Date") ("Previous Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants").



On 19 October 2020, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had approved the following in relation to the Previous Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants (“Previous Approval”):-



(i) admission to the official list of the ACE Market of Bursa Securities and listing and quotation of up to 1,336,281,385 Warrants C; and



(ii) listing and quotation of up to 1,336,281,385 new Shares to be issued arising from exercise of the Warrants C.



Subsequent to the above, on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company ("Board"), Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd (“Mercury Securities”) had on 4 November 2020 announced that the Company proposes to undertake a private placement of up to 614,851,000 new Shares, representing 20% of the total number of issued Shares (excluding treasury shares, if any) to independent third-party investor(s) to be identified later (“Placees”) at an issue price to be determined later (“Placement Shares”) (“Proposed Private Placement”).



To facilitate the Proposed Private Placement, on behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a bonus issue of up to 1,566,850,510 free Warrants C on the basis of 3 Warrants C for every 8 Shares held by the Entitled Shareholders on an Entitlement Date to be determined and announced later ("Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants"). In addition to the Previous Approval, the application for the additional 230,569,125 free Warrants C to be quoted and listed on Bursa Securities to cater for the entitlement by the Placees for such number of Placement Shares to be issued arising from the Proposed Private Placement will be made to Bursa Securities.

Worse those collect at low price but greedy refuse to book profit when price spike before. Now keep hope the next spike. In stock market you play too much with hope you die. Sometime okay la. How to attract so called investor for PP. Well push down the price kaw kaw, then PP price annouce. Let heartbroken retailers those chase high before sell their holding then suddenly puff the play another round. Price spike and more newbies and some stubborn retailers stuck before join on top. Just nobody know the exact period when they wanna do it.

Hope? depend why you buy in. If you bought because of ANT IPO, hope the ANT IPO decision can be reversed , since it is all because of ANT IPO. If you buy in because of XOX direction and its aggressive approaches toward fintech and 5G opportunity , maybe have to wait. As long as XOX not burst or shut down, there are hope.

Budget 2021 provides tax incentives to encourage manufacturing businesses to relocate to Malaysia, including a concessionary tax rate of 0-10% for 10 years to selected businesses in the service sector that has a significant multiplier effect to the Malaysian economy.
