Since covid19 days 3 years ago,there have been at least few dozens of MOU announced by XOX, Fintech, AT, Pasukhas, Kanger, Vsolar.....
But NONE has materialised. During covid time,they suka suka announced projects related Covid , empty MOUs , JUST BULLSHXT

So MOU are being abused to coincide with announcement of RI/PP/ESOS for syndicate to dump shares to retailers.
