Hi Newbies and fomo Oldbies, I am Not defending any Parties Nor against any Forumer, just trying to put some info across Consolidation Exercise.
I don't have XOX-PA in my portfolio, so excuse me if I might not having updated data referred below:-
‘Preference Share type: IRREDEEMABLE CONVERTIBLE PREFERENCE SHARES
Date issue: 06 Mar 2020
Issue/ Ask Price: Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) 0.0250
Entitlement: FREE DETACHABLE WARRANTS IN XOX ("WARRANTS B") ON THE BASIS OF 4 ICPS TOGETHER WITH 1 FREE WARRANT B FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN XOX
Maturity Date: 05 Mar 2030
Exercise/Strike/Conversion Price: Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) 0.0500
Exercise/Conversion Ratio: 2:1
Conversion:
(i) by surrendering 2 ICPS (which are issued at an issue price of RM0.025 each) without additional cash payment for 1 new Share; or
(ii) by surrendering 1 ICPS (which is issued at an issue price of RM0.025 each) with additional cash payment of RM0.025 for 1 new Share…terms of the ICPS and subject to adjustments…not converted by the maturity date shall be mandatorily converted into new XOX Shares at the conversion ratio of 2 ICPS for every 1 new XOX Share.’

As in method (i), no matter how the price adjusted, the Conversion still 2 ICPS for 1 new XOX Share. No issue on Consolidation!!

Mobile services industry is slight different from others, the subscribe services have a repetitive value, may be poor management, after consolidation it can be goreng or acquisition target due to it mobile base, anyway, (bid) buy at your own risks ya. goreng jagan tak goreng ............hehehe....................

I nearly forgot, I can consider ‘a fan of XOX’ as one of my mobile numbers using XOX due to long validity..

Overall, will it be gain or loss, those holding will know; what I know XOX is on Uptrend now. On a bull market, so far most Consolidated Counters are on the Uptrend; example Ageson breakthrough RM0.12 today after plateauing for over a month..

Hi, help me.. I don't understand what is happening. I have existing shared of 11500 unit (bought around RM2K) but today it's becomes 383 (valued at RM100++) but my portfolio show green (profit)..what does it mean?I don't understand what is happening..please someone explain..I am new here
