NO, not advisable to dispose at bottom price (as you pick up at peak price), Next month, 2Q result will boost the share price as boss AK comfirm FY13 profit will definitely be more than FY12 profit

Sendai really surged till 8 Apr 2013 and down all the way. So far 6 mills net sell. Watch whether it will break RM1.09.

tan cobby, the new contracts win for the first 3 mths of 2013 RM412m is already 45% of 2012 contract PLUS oil and gas job possible by 2H13. Maybank IB rpt dated 8/4/13 stated the current Eversendai is similar to the early-days Gamuda/IJM, when their bottomlines were relatively low (FY02: MYR120-190m) and subsequently grew at a 10-year CAGR of 11-13% to MYR410-550m in FY12.

bcos u got the patient to hold & put inside freeze.. Those who dont have patient can only do trading during uptrend; eg i myself.. but sometimes forget to cut loss during downtrending, looking at it fall with watery red eyes,,hehehe..

don't worry...this is the only big cap construction company which apolitical , its revenue fr malaysia is only 5%, 95% fr around the world, most structural steel tender in mid east is sendai's, oil and gas venture, projects in kazhakstan, azerbaijan ,now property sector included in sendai porfolio...the fall is just because many have waited to release because waiting for too long since big drop fr its ipo price...while maybank has just revised the TP fr 1.53 to 1.70 , TA still 1.85 , and the most negative analysts that always give low TP for most counters...RHB, in this case fortunately has a decent TP of 1.80 .

only 758,900 units and fell by 1 cents... i repeat 1 cents...and u all are very2 upset and sad? well if u by at 1.40 , u had to be upset on that day or just couple of day , but today, no need to upset... be strong...i've lost almost RM 30k since jan... khsb, pasuk,mkland, ingenco , not like sepiroth, the profit that i gain are fr wct , sendai before (and now hopefully again), prolexus...excellent counters help me , so let's die together...hehehe

take a look at wct..project in mid east canceled, same with mmc, zealan...the arab-malaysian project in mid east... but look at sendai... no such thing... may be the datuk nathan has shown something to the arabs (dia sudah racun)/ i suspect sendai will not only goes into steel structural tender in mideast (where u can say the got at least 95% of big structural project in mid east)...that the initial steps into property is actually more to mid east than malaysia..., u'll see the lobbies fr nathan will drive away project given to wct/ijm/mmc in mid east to sendai...don't how? it's like the arabs like sendai works and like sendai/ how? ask nathan...nathan has such racun...hehehe

tak boleh padam necro...that's a study, not fitnah..if u don't believe just take a look at MAA, Melewar, Hua an, Mycron...semua counter keluarga sedut darah punya... this are facts. Hua An masa mula2 listed, the sedut darah tokey said: i'm very upset with the price of hua an (around 40 cents that time)...considering the low pe of 5.0 !!!, he said ...,now look the pe = 0.0000 , so the price should be 0.005 kalau ikut dia punya logik... so ini keluarga kalau listed apa counter pun... jgn masuk... betul2 sedut darah..lebih teruk dari lintah... (kajian tentang lintah tiada ye)

i am 90% investor only 10% trader. if i believe the counter is fundamentally good (strong balance sheet, little debt, good r'ship with client eg skpres,mbl), can't get lowest price, grab near 52 wk low, if go lower even better, double up holdings and wait
