Kerjaya market cap rm2.1B, qr around rm30mil pat orderbook rm4.1B. Sendai market cap rm250mil only, last qr 53mil pat orderbook rm6.6B. Very clearly sendai is significantly undervalued, easily should be rm1B market cap. Long term target after few quarters will be rm1.50-2.00

Suncon have project 6.9B
Sendai have project 6.6B.

Suncon share price now is rm 2.80
Sendai at least will hit rm 2.00

Both similar project size, sendai will catch up with suncon.

My reason for selling Eversendai Koon Yew Yin, 30th March 2024
I started buying Eversendai shares on 15th March 2024 when it dropped 1sen to close at 32 sen.
Eversendai price chart below shows it went up 2.5 sen in 4 trading days and it dropped 9.5 sen in 7 traing days.

Yesterday afternoon, I decided to sell all my Eversendai shares because it closed at 29.5sen and I lost money

Yup strong reversal since last week. My primary wave 3 target is 65-70sen. At that price, market cap for sendai will only be around rm500mil. Still so cheap and undervalued
