Conclusion
Save for the daily slow stochastics indicator for the KLCI which is deep in overbought
territory suggesting limited upside bias and likely-hood for profit-taking correction this week,
all other indicators suggest clear skies ahead with bullish signals supporting further uptrend.
Nonetheless, note that the local market undertone remains cautious, evidenced by the lower
daily trading volumes of around one billion shares, which must improve to attract more retail
participation and momentum traders. A further improvement in the external market
environment would be an added bonus to fuel upside in the immediate term.
On the index, a confirmed breakout above immediate resistance from 1,791, the 138.2%
Fibonacci Projection (FP) of the 1,526 pivot low of 18 May 2012 to this year’s 30 April high of
1,718, would enhance upside to the 1,800 psychological level (Chart 3). Next upside hurdles
are at 1,814, the 150%FP level, and the all-time high of 1,826 of 6 May. Immediate support
remains at 1,772, the 23.6%FR of the 1,597 low to 1,826 peak, and then the 50-day moving
average, currently at 1,768, reinforced by the mid-Bollinger band support at 1,765.
Stock-wise, we would reiterate our positive view on counters involved in the construction
and oil & gas sectors such as Alam Maritim, Dialog Group, Muhibbah Engineering, Pantech
Group, Perisai Petroleum, Eversendai, Wah Seong and WCT Holdings and would recommend
buying them for medium-term upside.

i think i know who u're zero...we've been enemies ..right? before u're quite bullish about this company ...yes the price appreciate quite steeply (u win i lose) but fundamentally there's nothing to shout about this stock as the projected RM 2b projects in hand is bullshit...which is still just around RM415m in hand...and now u want to disguise to buy it at lower price huh? well u're certainly not a chicken...u get what i meant...mr analyst ? hehe

anbz - i dont have enemies here lah - and i sold my Sendai too early also, around 1.5x only.

fundamentally, there's indeed nothing to shout about (no great growth prospects ahead, unless AK can make his O&G play successfully), but the stock i think is still undervalued and has a good margin of safety (chance to make 10-20% now and then, if you manage to 'catch' it at the right time). something, however, feels wrong with this stock so it will never 'shoot' - maybe its the low free float. if i had bought at IPO price, i would still be very angry indeed.

In the meantime, i sudah cabut pergi Benalec lah - but this one is losing me money so far...
