I won't say you're wrong. It may or it may not. In the past few week, it seem that it's price will drop below 1, but actually it didn't. You must also know that this counter has very thin market circular share, which means there wasn't strong selling force in this counter. So, it's kind tough to push the price low. Or you may ask yourself If you're shareholder of this counter, will you willing to sell so cheap at loss at current price.

@tshwong - what is truly baffling is that EPF has been doing just that!! does anybody know why they are doing this? I am really in the dark here... do they (EPF) feel a compulsion to re-balance their portfolios come new year? or do they have some obligations they have to meet by selling shares?
