The management should come up with statement why the delay in transfer to MB. They have stated by 1st quarter early this year.

As of now Avago is at 59.30...UP +0.48.
Anyway where is Inari compared to Avago with a PE of 24...when Inari's price is 5.5 then we can compare...:)
