This could not be bad news as all the directors made the announcement simultaneously.If they think company is going bad & want to dispose any share,they'll sure do it separately as not to affect the share price.They are the one to lose most if share price drop drastically due to this move. To me,this was something related to employee share option (ESOS) & all directors are entitled for it.

that day AVGO gain a lot but INARI does not go up! So I think AVGO share price drop does not really reflect INARI price

Wrt to newbirds' attached announcement, I think the amount is not significant, be it purchase/disposal. Maybe her father has intention to transfer shares to her? Or vice versa. That oso needs to announce, if they are substantial shareholders. Just my 2 sens.
