beside just see the directors selling, you guys should also see who is buying, in this page, go to 'Disclosure' tab, click 'Shareholders'

you can see 'directors' tab and count how much being sold, and go 'shareholders' tab count how much being bought. take out calculator and press the numbers.

no need calculate long, just take April's number can d.

and don't forget that Inari total shares is 1983 millions, and in April all directors sold 13.5millions share, (13.5/1983)*100=0.68%

ok la i know some people just lazy to do the work, just so happen i am curious myself so i calculate it.

in April so far, directors sold 13.5 millions, while shareholders like EPF or KWP nett bought 30.1 millions

30.1-13.5=still nett bought 16.63millions

later i free i go check March's number.

42/1983=2.11% net sold!!! SHIT!!!

but Inari share price March 1 = RM1.92, March 31 = RM2.04, at one point even reach RM 2.10

so you tell me...what is going on?

I said it before. Look how it falling now! Directors keep selling because they know falling sales in iphone and others will affect company's profits. Isn't that more obvious already? PE is 23.4 now. Most expensive among MPI/HLIND/UNISEM/etc. Don't become victim!
