Interesting. Apple gave warning that 4Q of 2018 sales from initial guidance of $93bil to $84bil, dropped by $9bil or 10%. In fact, 4Q17 Apple sales was $88.3bil, which is the highest in the past.

Now Inari share price dropped from RM1.47 to RM1.24 right this moment, dropped by 16%. And look back Inari latest Annual Report, the biggest customer (Broadcom) contribution to Inari revenue is 66%. Even assuming Broadcom order to Inari reduced by 10%, I estimate that Inari overall revenue or profit just reduced by 7% only (66% x 10%).

So, aren't investors over-reacted for the Apple's profit warning?

Are you sure that is how you calculate whether investors over reacted a not? Last week when it drop to 1.44 , people also say buy buy lowest already, oversold yada yada.. those who bought in.. bang another drop to 1.23
