TA Research said beyond near-term headwinds from China lockdowns and geopolitical tensions, which have added pressure on global supply chains, it remains optimistic on the company’s growth prospects.

The research house added that this was underpinned by Inari’s core radio frequency (RF) segment, amid the nascent 5G smartphone upgrade cycle and customer diversification programmes.

TA Research, which has a “buy” recommendation on the company with a target price of RM3.30, said it also views upside for Inari from potential merger and acquisitions and large-scale acquisitions, supported by its robust net cash position.

For the full financial year ended June 30, Inari posted a net profit of RM390.92mil, up 18.3% from RM330.47mil a year prior, while revenue grew 8.4% to RM1.55bil against RM1.43bil previously.

Meanwhile, CGS-CIMB Research has cut Inari’s financial year (FY) 2023-2024 EPS by 10% to 11% to account for softer mobile device demand amidst risks of a slowdown in the global economy in 2023.

Inari is planning to merge with Chinese company in China so that China doesn't need to depend on US company.
That's the reason why EPF is accumulating in big quantity every day.

expect adjustment will happen soon in coming days before GE. Stay cautious.
If the G20 f2f meeting nothing conclusive the ban will still ongoing nothing will change included Inari using US technology in their operation.

All shareholders should raise concern on this ESOS issuance in the next AGM.
Besides that, the latest QR result is not great either in comparison y-o-y.
ESOS should only be issued based on exceptional performance internally.
2021-2022, most tech companies did well, thus they should not feel that they performed well.

Inari has been lagging alot compare to other tech companies, besides the ESOS issuance is completely irrelevant at the moment. They should focus more on sbb rather than liquidating the shares.
