Dividend of 25 sen already announced but without details of Ex-Date and Payment Date. Of the 25 sen, shareholders can elect 5 sen for DRP (details will come later).

Just be patient, the details will be announced in due time.

On 26-Jan-2023, the total day's volume for AXREIT was only 897,300. Meaning non EPF account, the free market volume was only 190,800 shares.

Do hope that after last QR, PBB will give out quarterly dividends instead of half yearly.

New 100Plus Pro coming into the market.
The fresh milk segment is going to be an all integrated farm- corn feed, milking, automation, beef product, etc. And best thing is that they are targeting mass market pricing. They are hitting Farm Fresh directly head on in my opinion.
Thailand business will be contributing the same as Malaysia's operation and they also expect Export to contribute nearly the same in the future. There will be 3 Pillars of main contribution with 2 sub contributor vs now 1.5 main contributor only.

@PassionateInvestor- Can say that way as PBB always declared 2x Dividend in a year with payout ratio around 50%. This Q3 their EPS 8.19, they declare 4.0 sen dividend first. In Q4, if performance similar or higher, can expect between 4.0 - 5.0 sen dividend. All this at the back of the prosperity tax, otherwise can pocket more.

@Nepo, the purpose of the warrant conversion is to convert the warrant into mother share @ RM 1.65/share.

Was very surprised that the WB conversion took only 3 market days to be credited to my account. On the memo it stated 8-10 market days.

Excellent QR. FY23H1 already achieved 68% of FY22 earnings! Was hoping they declared dividend higher than 1c though.

29/09 cannot come sooner.....Thinking to reinvest the dividend:

1. Buy more SCGM
2. Invest into similar sector (BPPLAS, SCIENTX, TGUAN)
3. Change sector eg Finance/Industrial Product/etc
