Look at Historical price on early March 2020 when Brent also at USD$51+. Bumi Armada, HengGuan and even KNM had surpass early March 2020 price. I believe Hibiscus shd touch 70cent level soon. It needs to clear the stale bull at this $0.65 cents level 1st. A lot of punters got caught at this level

PDT short selling ban is extended till End Feb 2021. Regulated Short
Selling is allowed from 1st Jan 2021. Volume from regulated short selling is very small. Not popular at all. All traders can open account for regulated short selling but how many people do open. You sell morning U cover back same day. Limit on short sell amount (Total is 4% included the permitted short selling scrips). Plus normal commission charged by IBs, its very hard to make money. PDT is different. They got no stamp duty and its either profit sharing with IBs or very low brokerage.
