I value PRESBHD at RM1.70 using DCF with 4% risk free and 5% growth projection.

Yes , confident coz i'm on the ship as well lim. If your not confident with it why u bought it in the first place? This 3 counters are value counters with good financial results support. Their businesses are growing over time and on year by year basis and this supports from each q reports presented. As for Presbhd, it shares has growth more then 100% since last year till now and the momentum is continuing. The largest training centers with lots of govt projects support, and currently moving over to a new O&G training facilities as well. As for Ecoworld i'm sure u heard of Tan Sri Liew and its peers in SP setia moving over and the underlying big projects at seri iskandar plus a possibility of a huge capital injection to this company. Dsonic, one of the best counter performer being voted last year and monopolizing the mykad chips. Certainly you have pocketed the best counters. Unless the markets turns bearish, or else just wait to see them fly higher bro. Be patient and be a long term investor don't play contra. The dividend is better then you put in FD. Just wait for their Q reports and u will see your results turn into profits.

But, I dunno whether Presbhd & Ecoworld can move up fast like Dsonic or not~
I worry after a year only earn 10%.

Strong earning for Q2, yet again. ICT traning segment registered good growth of 22%. Target to complete training for the remaining 46,000 students by Q4 where 43,000 students were trained for 1H2013. However, small losses in education segment. More contracts from MOE and will be announced soon which will be another major income stream. Attractive dividend of 3 sen for this quarter. Never fail to declare dividend for every quarter. Trading at compelling forward PE of 10 with alluring DY 5.7%. This stock never disappoint me. Humble begining at 0.70 in Feb 2011. Closed 1.92 today.

If u have bought Dsonic in two months time you have already gain more then 40% and if you have bought presbhd back in 2months as well u already gain more then 10% from it and if you have bought Eco world back in two months time you already gain over 60%, If the market continues to bullish more then 10% is nothing and you are on the right track. Don't stick yourself with it, trade with discipline, Set a target for it and a cut loss target as well. Corrections and panic selling are common , I gain from ecoworld is thru UMA when it drops significantly I enter and it happens twice with a sharp fall but today ecoworld is already breach its new high but didn't manage to close at over 4.80. So don't worry with it set yourself a target and a cut loss target as well if you worry. Tell me which counter u will go if your not choosing this 3? Will that opportunity cost gives you better results? Do some studies on it and convince yourself. Don't follow ppl advice and be responsible on your own decisions.

invest1818, thanks really wish we could earn big from these 3 counters in near future.
presbhd gives 4 times dividend annually about 3%+, but Ecoworld dividend is very lousy.
What is ur TP for presbhd & eco?
Possible for presbhd to hit RM6 & Ecoworld to hit RM8 like Yinson?
Those companies EPS so low yet the price surge so high~

Lim, I don't give TP and im not an expert but I value all my counters based on 4Rs, Right business, Right Management, Right Numbers and Right Price.
