KLCi index dropped till now got -10%++ as baby bear.When drop -20%@1500 as truly bear,after that if drop more than that % can be called it Mega bear(truly global crisis coming may be late 2019).

- skin 30% completed..renego more likely than scrapped.
- existing system has been in use since 90’s
- first 3 yrs(2018-2021)no payment required from government, no burden.
- MOF made it clear that PPP project would not be canceled

用杆杠借贷买股票，赚钱时回酬可以翻倍，但是市场下跌时，亏损也可以双倍或更多，最近市场上数只大跌股票，都和大股东手上股票遭到迫仓强制卖出有关，跌幅之大令人不忍卒睹。

东南亚瓷砖（SEACERA 7073)在昨天廿七日时，一天内暴跌7.5仙或32.61%股价跌至历史低位RM0.155，大股东遭到迫仓卖出，相信是主要原因。

根据市场消息指出，东南亚瓷砖三名大股东，Zulkarnin Ariffin, Mansor Masikon 和Ismail Osman 的银行户口爆仓，结果被银行强制卖出抵押给银行的股票。

东南亚瓷砖股价由五十二周的RM0.93跌至目前水平，真是亏到脱裤，和它的每股净有形资产RM1.87相比，可见市场有多残酷。

在二零一八财政年，东南亚瓷砖营业额由前期2463万令吉跌48.5%至1269万令吉。

该公司在雪兰莪士毛月拥有500英亩未发展土地，被公司最值钱资产；它在今年四月时宣布取消收购建筑公司TERAS SARI的70%股权，原本收购价是3500万令吉。

东南亚瓷砖没有合於任何理由，原本该公司要通过这宗收购进军建筑业。

除了东南亚瓷砖股价受到FORGE SALE打击，毕达亮（PRESBHD 5204）也是受到大股东遭迫仓卖出影响，股价大受打击。

亿万富豪官友缘拥有最多股权的捷硕资源（JAKS 4723)也遭受相同命运。

看来影响股价走势的原因，除了公司基本面，财务状况之外，大股东有没有把票押给股票行或银行融资，也是另一个非常重要因素。

I think many issues on this counter now.Not margin call issue only.We are saw from outside,can not collect true information from them.This is very risky for trader n investor.Have One investment rules is "Don't be lover with ur favourite share counter"!This will give us on danger situation but don't know also.

The heat of SKIN project.. Haha.. KWAP still have 7% shares holder after disposing about 7% due to uncertainty of the project. If the 3.5 bil project revoked, than compensation still there. but PPP project will not be canceled. Somehow this is national security project!

A loan of rm900m+ was approved by Development Bank in September for the SKIN project. Will a bank approve loans if there are risks?Banks do a risk assessment before a loan is approved.

Yes, but remember banks will not approve loans if there are risks. The talk of the day in many forums is that the price is dropping as there are news that the project will be cancelled

If you see this stock is different situation with Seacera(a negatif profit company), prestariang is a profitable company(two times profit better than last year in recent second quarter), through my experience, i dont think it will drop further, most likely it will rise this week due to short term selling. Wise people are collecting it.
