Fong, u have to remember that when prestariang announced awarded skin project on july 2017, the price was above Rm2. One year before awarded skin like july 2016, their price still stay above Rm1.50. Currently only Rm0.50, Which mean they are many room for this stock price to increase further.

If you look at GBGAQRS hit lowest at 0.61 on 4 June 2018 ,Myeg @ 0.655 on 4 June 2018 , both rebounded more than 100 % within 3 months .
So , Presbhd has not rebounded for even 40 % from its low of 0.40 . Still some upside .

When the price of Gbgaqrs was traded around 0.67 , the sharks pressed down the price to 0.62 - 0.63 and someone in this forum out of the blue said Gbgaqrs belonged to Zahid and his comment was disappeared later .

Agreed with newbe. As YB said, there is no impact at all to cut the 4 IPP. But SKIN is totally different in term of importance and urgency.

I also wish that new govt will proceed with SKIN coz this is a good project that benefit the country. But whether Govt has sufficient budget to implement SKIN is another QUESTION ??

Construction work on the 15-year concession SKIN project started early 2018 and is targeted to be ready for full commercial use at end-2020. Prestariang would be paid by the government over 12 years, starting from 2021.

today closed very nicely with pretty decent volume, nice. Possibly the low had been reached in these days at 0.4x. TA done nicely.
Now, FA, tightly tied to SKIN.

AIA sold a lot of shares because of SKIN's risk. This is reasonable for a considerably conservative investor such as a insurance company, nothing to shout about. They didn't sell all their stakes, which is a neutral sign.

Be careful of everything this cimb research report writer Nigel FOO. I had seen many times that his TP changed tremendously. Just saw his latest report on Sasbadi (luckily, i didn't buy this stock), a familiar >50% price cut. Another stock that he highly recommends is MYEG, which also suffering heavy volatility.

Previously msia index keep dropping before this week, it aleady reflect the budget news. Now close to budget announcement, it rise that mean after the budget announment, it will continue to up further. Also need to factor in the US stock start to rise back from continuous dropping
