kcfan, personally i believe this is one of the better counter in terms of dividend and potential capital gain return (among the best bang for buck) if it goes below RM1 and if it can continually get govt contracts. i think this is, unfortunately, among those counters under the "fear factor" of govt change!

the boutique university will be a revenue mainstay by 2014-16 i think, but currently the price is certainly depressed because this counter is thought to be still largely dependent on govt contracts!
