Looks like the govt of Malaysia has no intention of considering the compensation. Can't fight a war on 2 fronts. Bursa has just issue an ultimatum (nail in the coffin) to make sure it doesn't happen. Just wait for the Directors to off load. Margin call coming up.

You will need to get your money out before it get suspended. It will be a couple of mths before delisting. Either way it is good bye if you are still holding. Take and run to fight another day somewhere else.

To those that are still shareholders, you hope for the scenarios below:-
(1) 17/8 to 23/8, accumulation by those in the know.
(2) post 24/8, approval by Bursa on Awan's appeal for extension.
(3) end-Oct 2023, compensation amount known.
(4) those that bought after yesterday de-listing announcement made a killing.
(5) Caveat Emptor.

Affin-Hwang, CIMB holdings might just be someone's proxies under margin. Don't think they will still be holding on. If there is no spike or news before 23/8, it is HISTORY. Forget about the GAP, it will not be closed. No more TA. SURVIVAL time.

Crazy. Old issue but Bursa threaten suspension if not written plan. Down 56% in 1 day. The major shareholders hold more than 55% collectively. Lest about 45% small shareholders

Am pretty sure the Gov of M will make sure this is delisted faster than Serba to ensure that they will not be liable for any compensation claim. Already they have the court case postponed to possibily after suspension date.

Yes, it is still a legal entity like a private company but not subject to Bursa's listing regulation. The only question is do they have or able to source the funds to enable them to fight a questionable protracted court case.

Awan Biru file originating summons and not a writ. That means the fact is clear - unilateral termination of contract by Govt. There was 2 Days submision done on the OS. The 3rd day is probably for decision. The postponement to 27 Oct 2023 is most likely requested by the courts. Off course Awan Biru would like to get an offer from the Govt instead of continuing the case. Probably waiting for any possible compensation before coming up with regularlization plan. Looks like Bursa jump the gun.

the best case scenario for awantec if the gov reinstate the SKIN project because they just cancelled NIISE for IRIS. Renegotiate the price and directly award to Awantec. Court case settled and faster system development.
