No need to be chartist but bit need to understand 2 basic TI,the RSI and MACD if not all indicators.

MACD has cross below ZERO to be excact 2nd June.
Normally it will takes minimum 10 mkt days or may be more before
it can cross back above ZERO.Most of the times even above zero,
it will goes sideway.

RSI still 33.30 is just above 30 and still not oversold.
Records oversold RSI Zero for Saprng is approx 5 times.
