吉隆坡7日讯）Pestech国际（PESTECH，5219，主板贸服股）独资子公司Pestech私人有限公司（PSB）获PNG能源有限公司（PPL）颁发一项价值1271万4064美元（约5280万7864令吉）的合约。

根据文告，该合约是为PNG能源的巴布亚新几内亚莫尔斯比港电网发展项目，提供变电站和双回输电线路的相关服务。

Pestech国际预计，该项目从11月开始，并在730天内完成。

该项目会为公司2017至2019财年的盈利及每股净资产带来正面贡献。

吉隆坡9日訊）PESTECH國際（PESTECH，5219，主要板貿服）獲PNG Power有限公司頒發總值5222萬令吉工程意向書（LOA）。

PESTECH國際向馬證交所報備，根據意向書，子公司PESTECH私人有限公司將為PNG Power有限公司旗下莫爾茲比港（Port Moresby）電网發展項目收購工廠，負責設計、提供、安裝和測試變電站，以及雙回路輸電線路。

該合約價值為711萬3690美元（約2958萬令吉）和1725萬8472基那（約2264萬令吉），合計約5222萬令吉。

同時，是項工程預計始于今年11月，料在730天內竣工。

can not acquire by own fund,only for dividend re-invest back, odd lot will give back buy cash.Example:if you entitle rm300 dividend,after DRP @1.42, you will entitle new 200 Pestech & rm16 cash back.
