@Heavenly PUNTER... I did not budget at all... I just enjoyed my vacation with my wife since money is not of any concerns to me....
The situation over there is under control and the tourist are well taken care of....

@Newbiesky....it is still good entry level between 1.15 - 1.18 as this band provide the mean of the support level with standard deviation of 0.75.... that is strictly based on my own evaluation....

1) Terminate just the LLA (Land Lease Agreement.

2) Give a general offer to privatise FGV.

@RVI123..... Felda is like other government agencies such as Felcra, Risda, Kejora, Mardi etc etc... They are all under the government's purview.

Government may undertake to merge Felda with Felcra and/or Risda or whatever measures that it deems fit. Maybe the government could also vary the terms of the LLA as it has the power to do so...

It is much better for us to wait for the tabling of the White Paper in Parliament to see the government intention and possible solutions...

What I can say is that based on my experience and knowledge, Risda is very flush with cash and the last time I reviewed it's accounts, it has more than rm5billion cash.... Since Felda and Risda are both under the same ministry, it would be beneficial for both to merge.... that is my view...
