Current CEO definitely have to go...

He is not delivering the required results..

Armada changed their CEO, immediate turnaround happens.

Last Friday, more than 425 millions Armada shares was traded all because the new CEO is making the right moves.

Status quo is not an option for FGV. This CEO has been given too much time and yet he is not delivering the right results.

Wrong focus to increase the board remuneration. What he should be thinking is to grow this company.

I have 3 other Plantation companies, if they can go a good job and bring profitable, I don't see why FGV cannot do this. Lots of helps and allowances has been given.

Since nothing changed, perhaps its a clear indication that we have an incompetence CEO..

Everyone knows the reaons. He sure is talent and capable. The question is on his team members. It such a big company to manage. Not easy to control. I do have experience dealing with their related companies.
