1. The hot stock punters chasing every whim and rumour where Syndicates both covert and overt pump, churn and dump stocks to the naive gullible masses of 80% who eventually and inevitably will lose money

2. 10% will break even trying to beat the market

Monthly average CPO prices for April 2021 is RM4,220 per tonne, 83% more than RM2,299 for April 2020.

Monthly average CPO prices are ~RM2,300 per tonne in 2Q2020. As long as CPO prices remain above RM3,000 per tonne, plantation stocks will continue to make windfall profits.

Let Calvin give a short cut explanation & calculation

MSM Sugar is FGV spin off. At 45.5 sen low to Rm1.44 is a GAIN of 98.5 sen

So FGV gained 98.5 sen investing in MSM per share.

How much Profit?

281,000 (shares of MSM owned by FGV) X 985 = Rm276.7 MILLION PROFIT (REMEASUREMENT)

This is far more than enough to cover any prodata liabilities

What small debt compared to collosal value of all Fgv assets

Fgv lands got book value at only 7.2 sen per sq ft

lowest in the world and also lowest in all of Malaysia

Datuk Hashim offered to take Amprop private at 90 sen when Amprop was only 54.5 sen

Why ah?

Answer is this

Amprop book value for Sebana Cove land only Rm2.50 psf while market value is Rm40 to Rm50 psf

So he is giving a fair price of 90 sen to take Amprop private

Fgv lands are even better as their locations are excellent

If revalued all the assets are of immense value

Can be sold to settle all debt plus give all high cash payout

1) current plantation land area in hectare ?

2) upon LLA is terminated , will Leave balance FGV plantation land area in hectare ?

3) RM 50k to RM 100k per acre ? any recent Sales of plantation as example ?
