Hold your horses. It is clear that FELDA's intention is to take FGV private by acquiring more shares from the open market at a CHEAP price. They know FGV has lots of potential grow, prosper and be highly profitable.

Lla adjustment gain is only a small portion to Fgv overall value

Fgv can also revalue it's biological assets like Thplant as they grow in value

But the very best still is the grossly undervalue landbanks with book value only Rm3.2k per acre...cheapest on earth today

Privatisation is valid, Felda still acquiring addition shares during early of this month. Looking at current share price and financial performance, Felda have no other options but to offer a new offer price.

O&G Armada - 1- 0 (Mabel Won, Mickey and his 3 Stooges went missing after previous tsunami)
Plantation TDM 1-0 (Mabel Won, Mickey and his 3 Stooges went missing after previous tsunami)
Plantation FGV 1-0 (Mabel Won, Mickey when missing again when FGV shoot above RM 1.50)

Mabel 4.0 was secured with flying colours..

Looking forward for Mabel 5.0
