If windfall (Jendela Project) to OCK. It is considered big bonus for company. Current 0.495 range is considered total undervalue. Current price 0.495 level is just reasonable/undervalue if based from last few QR income,

Normally market will know the contract in advance and price will move before announcement. Looks like ock will not get it.

fact is OCK participating in JENDELA is just matter of time or form. .... the cake is too big for one or two to swallow... let alone this infra is needed to be accelerated... Q by Q you will see revenue coming in.... on top of their foreign business picking back up.... going back to 2016 level is for sure at least... the extra is just icing on the cake.... it's a value stock...
