　（吉隆坡23日訊）建築及房地產發展集團家盟吉（GBGAQRS，5226，主要板建築）以20股送9比例，發送1億5998萬4000個單位的憑單回饋股東。

　家盟吉今日向馬證交所報備，公司將以每20現有股配送9憑單的方式，派發共1億5998萬4000隻憑單，每股面值25仙。

　該公司認為，一旦股東日后轉換憑單至股票，公司或可籌得最高1.5億令吉，部分資金將充作營運資本。

　另外，家盟吉建議提高公司繳足資本，從原本1億令吉增至5億令吉，相等于從4億股增至20億股。

　截至今日閉市，家盟吉報94.5仙，微起1.5仙，全日成交42萬5300股。

（吉隆坡23日讯）家盟吉（GBGAQRS，5226，主板建筑股）建议，以20股配9凭单方式，派送1亿5998万4000张免费凭单。

根据文告，该公司将在取得相关机构批准之后，决定凭单的行使价，但在享有权益日期之前，凭单行使价不应该低于母股25仙的票面价值。

该公司表示，假设凭单的参阅行使价为每张92仙，将相等于该股截至今年4月22日止的5天交易量加权平均市价。

不过，董事部将在考量之前的股价走势、公司未来盈利，以及母股25仙票面价值等因素后，才决定凭单的最终行使价。

基于上述凭单是免费派送，所以不会即刻筹到资金。

假设所有凭单均以上述参阅价行使，该公司将发行1亿5998万4000股新股，并在凭单成熟期间（5年），有望筹集高达1亿4719万令吉。

一旦凭单被行使，该公司将利用该笔资金，做为营运资本。

配合上述活动，该公司还建议把注册股本从1亿令吉，包括4亿股，提高至5亿令吉，包括20亿股。

该公司也建议修改公司章程。

Not to worry.Once co.is approved to buy back,price will go up further.I bought it at 0.895.High temptation to sell last Fri b4 closing.Key in half way then decided to cancel my sell order.

my view is shoud retrace anytihe mum is overpriced then wrts will probably break 20 cts remember they are cashing out the free wrts and will buy back later when cheap
