第3季亏转盈　创合配股集资

（吉隆坡26日讯）创合集团（PASUKGB，0177，创业板）2015財政年第3季（截至9月30日止）转亏为盈，从去年同期净亏66万令吉，转为净赚67万令吉；营业额则按年暴涨142%，至2031万令吉，去年同期为839万令吉。

该公司首9个月净赚148万令吉，相比去年同期蒙亏263万令吉；营业额则按年上涨76%，至4839万令吉，去年同期为2745万令吉。

与此同时，创合集团建议，私下配售2950万股新股，或佔缴足资本约10%的股权予第三方，以从中集资590万令吉。

根据文告指出，若以每股20仙的配售价计算，预计將筹得590万令吉。其中180万令吉將充作营运资本；400万令吉作为银行存款。其余10万令吉则支付私下配售活动费用。上述建议预期在2016年首季完成。http://www.orientaldaily.com.my/business/cj3202054

The Development Project is situated on Lots 208397, 69040, 69041, 69042 and 69043, Taman Bintang, Bandaraya Ipoh, Mukim Hulu Kinta, Daerah Kinta, Perak Darul Ridzuan. The contract sum for the Development Project is RM25.08 million and the contract period is eighteen (18) months from the date of commencement of construction of the Development Project. Relax, they want to do private placement soon, surely they want it at higher price, more money they get. If got money just collect, average it, and just hold. Almost all stocks now going through correction. That's my thought.

Pasukgb share down possibly due to Private Placement of 29.5 Mil new ordinary shares of 0.10 representing 10% of total issued and paid-up share capital to independent 3rd party investor's which is yet to be identified recently whereas it suppose to be positive sign. possible next week the share prices will move North. good luck and have a nice weekend.

I have the same feeling will be up..nothing wrong with company actually,... turnaround in 2015, cash reserve s positive, on going projects, new CEO....surely new funds allign to CEO wil come in to support and goreng...if drop will collect and ride when uptick begins, it just need a bit of patience...but not for contra at this point..
