Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 28 August 2017.



The Board of Directors wishes to inform that the Company's subsidiary, Pasukhas Construction Sdn. Bhd. (Formerly known as Pasukan Khas Construction Sdn. Bhd.) had on 13 November 2020 made a full and final settlement to Samsung C&T Corporation UEM Construction JV Sdn. Bhd. for works executed in connection with KL118 Tower Subcontract Reference Number - SSUEM/201512/DSC/4 (“the Subcontract”).



Both parties have mutually agreed that neither party shall have further claims against each other of whatsoever nature in respect of the Subcontract and that all and any litigation and/or other proceedings initiated by either party in relation to the Subcontract should be forthwith ceased and withdrawn without liberty to file afresh.



This announcement is dated 16 November 2020.
