吉隆坡国际机场将落实首阶段的一站式生物辨识技术通关举措，即让乘客使用脸部识别科技“刷脸”登机，以取代机票和登机证等实体飞行证件。

大马机场控股（MAHB）集团总执行长拿督莫哈末苏克里今日发文告指出，每名乘客进行脸部识别的过程预计需要5秒钟，将大幅地减少机场通关时间。




他说，该技术首个阶段预计将在今年上半年内，包括在该机场第1和第2航厦的50个自助登机柜台、20个登机柜台和56个电子门完成安装此设备。

他指出，这项举措除了减少机场通关时间和提升服务水平，同时可让乘客在新冠肺炎新常态下，享有无接触且更安全的机场体验，并降低身分被冒用的机率。


他提及，此技术也会与MYairports应用程式结合，让乘客可在抵达机场前率先进行脸部识别，之后待该技术结合移民局系统后，外国人也可以使用自动门通关。
