Astro notice says + 6% gst With effect from June IF we don’t use online billing... It’s illegal isn’t it? Kastam not collecting gst after 31 May. So Astro tipu consumers and pocket gst collected tu ya? Legal case coming! If like that I’m going to unsubscribe Astro after World Cup.

It went up all because of this story about taking it private. I believe there is such a consideration. But I do not think it will be done at a price of anything above 1.80. Astro does not have any growth catalyst. This is reflected in it's latest dividend. Perhaps taking it private will allow it to re-invent and re-packaged but that cannot be done at a high price like RM 1.80.
