Big player drag the price low, then they buy as much as they can. In future they drag the price high again and sell it. How much your lost now, is their gain in future. I think CAP + sibu is manipulating the market. To do this, they need to ensure this company performance is great. For long term potential investment, this is the counter.

At least a couple of things have been established: 0.085 is very strong support while 0.10 the most immediate resistance. Will need contra players to pile in to create enough momentum to liftoff and clear the latter.
