Bursuk only know how to issue UMA only, no action taken. Even got action taken, only fine & the fine amount "sap sap the water" for the manipulators

Now even issuing UMA, the culprits already getting use to it already, like normal scene, nothing big deal to them

The parties to be blamed for listing and issued at such a high premium should be the Securities commission; Bursamalaysia; Bank Negara; CIC and for this particular CAP, ask Donald Lim our MCA deputy finance minister. Most IPO's should not be given a listing if based on their earnings etc.
