Exercise price 0.50. mother share price is 0.625 now. ratio is 1:1. The Wa is worth for 0.125 only. If big fish want to push down the price of the Wa, this is possible.

No comment, they are doing unknown business activities since a year ago. Get few millions for their own pocket since a year ago and did nothing. The long term investment will still depend on what kind of announcement they going to make. If the mother share drop to 0.50. The Wa worth for 0.00, during conversion after expired on 2016, you still need to pay 0.50/share to own a mother share. The risk is very high, if i remember correctly, the issued price was 0.19 only when the mother share price is 0.625 last year. The company already took advantage from share holder with a premium of 0.065/Wa unit equal to 34% premium. My feeling is they are not quite sincere to the share holder that already put their money to the company since a year ago.
