it always takes time to attract other attention... once LEONFB climbs above 1.00, then sure will noticed by other bloggers or bank analysts as well. After this, many of local retailer will also buy LEONFB. dont forget that the steel price was high but the demand of steel havent recover. According to busyweekly, they expect the demand of steel will be peak up in July due to the big construction project will start carry out. Moreover, China government have the new city project to reduce the responsibility of Beijing which named project XiongAn（雄安計劃）, their steel is difficult to be exported already. Currently our steel price is much cheaper than China, we still have a place to increase the selling price of steel. In fact, Malaysia started to export steel to other country in April.This will be the catalyst of the steel company bullish again.

from my own database, i have noticed that LEONFB's profit margin of processing segment was increasing steadily since its IPO, so this is why even the revenue drop they also can hit the new high. I believe that if the demand become strong they will make more profit, my intuition is they still havent use all their capacity yet.
