（吉隆坡6日訊）兩發（LEONFB，5232，主板工業股）今明年將撥出共5000萬令吉的資本支出，作為建設巴生蘇丹阿拉烏丁的鋼管製造廠及添購器材的資金。

兩發執行董事黃尚豪表示，由于建築師仍在擬定鋼管製造廠的藍圖，現階段未敲定新工廠將設有多少條生產線。

「這座鋼管製造廠預計會在明年下半年竣工，惟，不會立即為公司帶來貢獻。無論如何，多元化業務至下游領域，是我們維持兩發盈利賺幅和提高持續性盈利的策略之一。」他補充，鋼管製造廠將添購自動化設備，以減少對勞力的依賴。

他也透露，位于巴生武吉拉惹南部的兩發大廈對面的鋼鐵加工廠和巴生港口自貿區首階段庫房已竣工。

黃尚豪是在股東大會后的記者會上，發表談話。同場出席的包括董事經理拿督斯里黃明強和首席執行員陳健業。

對於如何運用吉隆坡直轄區土地局的徵地賠償金，陳健業稱，該公司已經在4月6日接受吉隆坡直轄區土地局的徵地要求及賠償獻議，並在上周末收到總共4584萬令吉的賠償金。

「這筆錢主要會用來收購新地皮，建設新庫房，以及遷置切割機械。至於徵地的影響，由于位于被徵用地皮的鋼鐵產品加工廠及貨倉，為公司營業額和稅後盈利帶來的貢獻少于10%，對兩發營運帶來的整體影響不大。」

黃尚豪也指出，不久前竣工的巴生港口自貿區新庫房和鋼鐵加工廠，剛好可填補產能方面的空缺。

「我們會在巴生和莎阿南等地物色適合建設廠房及加工廠的地皮，地皮面積預期將比現有廠房更大。」

吉隆坡直轄區土地局在3月22日宣布出價4584萬令吉，徵用兩發位于吉隆坡新街場路兩塊地皮，面積分別為430平方米及2915平方米。

展望2017財政年（12月31日結賬），黃尚豪謹慎樂觀看待鋼鐵領域前景，並認為，市場仍有許多發展機會，該公司接下來也會通過擴展計劃，維持盈利增長趨勢。目前，兩發有為數3萬3000名的固定客戶。

他坦言，兩發的擴展計劃將抬高公司的負債率，從現有的0.76倍大幅增加。惟公司目前無意通過發股融資，但未來仍可能視公司的需要而採取合適的行動。

兩發2017財政年首季（截至3月31日止）淨利按年飆升1326%，至884萬令吉，去年同期為62萬令吉；營業額也從去年同期的1億2744萬令吉，按年揚升8.71%，至1億3854萬令吉。

Buy Leonfb before too late.
This counter sure will pass RM1.00 level by end of August 2017.
(Provided there is no big crash happen during this few month).

Same trend as Prestar, last time I bought it from 59sen, then it slowly climb up to RM1.20.
(But I've take profit at 95 sen).
