New processing plant is completed and will start contributing soon.

AR 2016:

First initiative, which is the construction of our new warehouse in the Port Klang Free Zone,
had been completed and commenced operations during the year. The warehouse currently has a
net usable factory storage space of approximately 95,000 sq.ft.

The second initiative had also been completed, which involves major renovation and refurbishment of our existing building located directly opposite Wisma Leon Fuat. The new processing plant has approximately 60,000 sq.ft. of usable factory space, housing both of our new CNC cutting machines as well as the relocation of our existing CNC cutting machine that we believe will enhance efficiency as well as production capacity. With the completion of this plant, it will become one of our key assets to enhance Leon Fuat’s profitability going forward.

Agak, here is my more reasonable revaluation of LEONFB
Before the new warehouse in Port Klang Free Zone and the single storey of warehouse opposite the Wisma LEONFB which were built in 2016, the factory built-up area of LEONFB is 183,682 sqft.

While after calculating this both warehouse, the final total of factory built-up for LEONFB become 340,082 sqft , which means their factory built-up area increase with 85% !

If we multiple the Q4's EPS with 1.85, it should become 5.92 in the upcoming qr. How about we think more tragically, they didnt use all the new factory area, it may just bring the 30% of increase in the net profit. It still looked attractive, the new EPS will be 4.16
Roughly take it as EPS 4 x 4 = Full year 16,giving P/E 8, the TP is 1.28 ! (this is the most tragic, how about the EPS is 5? I am so exciting)
