after that 2years contract with petronas, that slim chance for increase use of their oil rigs.....
need to play the long game though very slow, no catalyst until petronas want to use velesto's rigs

dont get your hopes up though, the agreement was like velesto to make sure their oil rigs are operational when petronas wants to use them within 2 years.
in the end theres no $ made yet, just a move by petronas to show some morale support to velesto investor.
they dont want another sapura in making

NEW YORK, March 23 (Reuters) - Oil prices jumped 5% to over $121 a barrel on Wednesday as disruptions to Russian and Kazakh crude exports via the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) pipeline added to worries over tight global supplies.
The situation adds to market worries about the ripple effect of heavy sanctions on Russia, the world's second-largest crude exporter, after its invasion of Ukraine.
The CPC pipeline is a significant supply line for global markets, carrying around 1.2 million barrels per day of Kazakhstan's main crude grade, or 1.2% of global demand.

Brent crude futures settled up $6.12, or 5.3%, to $121.60, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures rose $5.66, or 5.2%, to $114.93 a barrel.
Oil benchmarks have been steadily rallying since Russia invaded Ukraine a month ago in what it calls a "special operation" and United States and its allies slapped heavy sanctions on that nation, disrupting worldwide oil trade.
Russia exports between 4 million and 5 million barrels of crude every day, making it the world's second-largest exporter behind Saudi Arabia. Analysts have varying estimates of how much oil will be unable to make it to market.

What people need to understand is that there will be only one winner in this war and that will be America. They win in three ways:

1. Geopolitically. With countries such as Finland and Sweden now joining NATO, America's influence in Europe will greatly increase.

2. Economically. European countries are now buying more US defense hardware. Finland and Germany have already said that they want to buy F35s.

3. Militarily. Russia is the second strongest military after the US. Every loss of hardware in this war weakens Russia.

This is why America wants to see this war continue. The longer the war goes on the weaker Russia becomes, the more countries will want to join NATO and the more defense equipment the US will sell. They don't care about Ukraine; they are just using Ukraine for their own benefit. This is why they are trying to make this a long term insurgency. Putin failed to see how America would use this war to their advantage.

at first putin didnt want civilian casualties as first two weeks on invasion, his troops were lenient on civilians.
until they started protesting, taking up arms, delaying his advancement. you can see his tactic changes when after week 2 aka MORE BOMBS
