Kanger to buy remaining 49% of remaining equity interest in Sung Master for RM72m, based on valuation FORWARD PE 14 times which takes RM10 million profit guarantee in Sung Master for FY24 into consideration.

Hahahahaa. I thought last time Mr Kuah says Sung Master would generate RM20 million profit a year??? But it is fine to be prudent afterall.

So this RM72m + earlier RM20m to buy Antara condo, Kanger need RM92m cash because all these acquisitions come with cash payment mode.

NEXT…. How would Kanger fund this RM90+ million?? Would there be more acquisition coming up???

But for me, it's better for Kanger to buy investment assets/business like Condo and Sung Master company copared to certain companies which always in losses to buy company listed shares (within its group of companies) and sold them back with huge losses. He He He
