No hurry to sell. You can pocketed everything include divedend if these is a GO. If no GO, price back to 90 sen or slightly below..and we can wait for next GO.. while waiting for div every 3 months .

KUALA LUMPUR (June 19): Boustead Plantations Bhd (BPlant) shot up as much as 12 sen or 13.48% to an all-time high of RM1.01 in Monday (June 19) morning trading, after The Edge Malaysia weekly, citing sources, reported that Boustead Holdings Bhd is planning to divest its 57% stake in the plantations group. Year-to-date, it has risen 70.18% or 41.65 sen from 59.35 sen

Meanwhile, 49.31 million shares traded hands, making BPlant the sixth-most traded counter on Monday. The volume of traded shares was almost 25 times its 200-day average of 2.21 million.

According to the weekly magazine, bidders include YTL Group, Wilmar International Ltd, IOI Corp Bhd and Kuala Lumpur Kepong Bhd

In a note on Monday, PublicInvest Bank said it estimated that BPlant could have an enterprise value (EV) of RM2.5 billion to RM3 billion, thanks to its vast tracts of lands in Malaysia, which include strategically located parcels that are suitable for property development.

The Edge Malaysia as business news portal has every right to chase and report business unconfirmed deals. Something is definitely brewing in Boustead Plantations for share price to suddenly shoot up from 64 cents on 08/06/2003 to high of RM1.01 on 19/06/23 in just 7 trading days (It can also be the work of pump and dump syndicate)

So do the above clarification by Boustead Holding helpful in making Bursa an efficient, vibrant, fair and orderly market?

Why can’t Boustead Holdings Bhd just answer to the point that Boustead Holdings Bhd did or did not invite bidders including YTL Group, Wilmar International Ltd, IOI Corp Bhd and Kuala Lumpur Kepong Bhd to bid for its 57% stake in the Boustead Plantation Bhd?

How this will end and who will end up as the winner and loser is yet to be played out but for sure Bursa as an efficient, vibrant, fair and orderly market is a bridge too far.

If you read in detail, the BOD or major shareholders have not entered into any agreement to dispose the shares.
It did not confirm whether they have not invited for bidders.
A jump in share price maybe an indication something is brewing!

I don't think the call warrant issuer go that far to suppress the price. It cost them a lot to do so. They don't have so much Bplant share in hand !

17.5 million shares traded today. About 6.5 mil share traded at $1.20 towards the last 10-15 mins before mkt closed.
Sellers have been persistently suppressing price from crossing every resistance level like $1.10 and $1.20. Buyers have been aggressively accumulating.
It appears to me that the Sellers are interested parties not letting the share price to "overshoot" before a material announcement. The Buyers are parties privy to a material development..
Just my personal reading. i can be wrong.

Ib banks are also parties with vested interest

there are 3 Bplant call warrants currently

Only 28 sen so that entity is losing 13 sen. One is 15 sen so neutral and one only 13 sen so Ib bank still win by 2 sen

Lots more derivatives they issued amounting to many BILLIONS RM IN TOTAL IN BURSA BETTING LIKE A CASINO

See if Bplant can shoot past Rm2.00 just like Ijmplant shot past Rm3.00 last round

However, please be careful and safer to buy Bplant mother as hopefully we will see another dividend this month

（吉隆坡17日讯）消息透露，莫实得（BSTEAD，2771，主板工业股）正准备出售棕油业务臂膀——莫实得种植（BPLANT，5254，主板种植股）的股权，并吸引了多家知名企业的兴趣。

根据财经周刊《The Edge》报道，消息人士透露，莫实得约两周前开始就出售这种植膀臂的股份征求建议。

据悉，杨忠礼机构（YTL，4677，主板公用事业股）、IOI置业（IOIPG，5249，主板产业股）、吉隆甲洞（KLK，2445，主板种植股）和丰益国际皆感兴趣。

消息人士称，莫实得在一周多前开始征询意向，并在上周结束。

“尽管投标书已于上周提交，但这过程将需要一些时间才能完成，最终敲定大概需一个月时间。”

目前，莫实得持有莫实得种植57%股权， 而前者的大股东武装部队基金局（LTAT）则持股10.8%。

根据年报，莫实得种植拥有9万7400公顷地库，其中74%用于种植。

消息人士透露，种植业务尤其东马的表现远不如同行，但西马拥有适合产业开发的土地，这具有吸引力。

这可能是唯一非老牌种植公司杨忠礼机构感兴趣的原因，旗下杨忠礼电力（YTLPOWR，6742，主板公用事业股）去年初才耗资约4.3亿令吉，向莫实得种植买入地皮。

针对市场传言，莫实得拒绝回应。

Buy Bplant mother share better since Bplant gives lots of dividends. Both warrants and call warrants do not benefit from high dividend stocks
