IJmplant NTA was about $1.64 then. KLK paid $3.10 Therefore, It was sold based on about 1.90 x book value or NTA.
IJMplant's estate are about half in sabah and remaining half in Kalimantan, nothing in peninsular.

Bplant just need to sell the 1,600 acres land in Tasek Gelugor in Seberang Prai North for Rm1 Billion cash will be more than enough to settle all debt

And 1,600 acres not even 1% of Bplant total landbank of 220,000 acres which is even bigger than entire Singapore land size of 177,000 acres

A simple way to calculate intrinsic value by comparing bplant with ijmplant

Bplant is asset heavy with deep value whereas Ijmplant has proven earnings

So Bplant should be worth more than ijmplant in privatisation

2. Another way to look is from the angle of bank fd

Last 3 years Bplant gave out a total of 24 sen dividend so it is about 8 sen a year

If we take 4% per year then Bplant should be worth Rm2.00

At 8 sen for Rm2.00 is 4% yield which is above bank fd

So from asset value or from yield bplant should be at least Rm2.00 to Rm2.50 minimum

Anything below is undervalue

Despite yesterday huge volume traded with considerable price increase we don't see profit taking activity today. I guess that's very positive .
The next resistance is $1.20 which is no a strong one. I think price may cross $1.20 resistance convincingly within days. Thereafter the sky is blue.

I did a small analysis on yesterday trade. at 1.10 vol is so high.. 1.11 to 1.18..vol low. and nobody dump at 1.18 or 2.17..

About 11 mil shares traded today is not small. Weighted average price traded is $1.18. It closed at $1.19 and considerable trade done after price fixing at 4.45pm.
Isn't it a very encouraging sign for something big going to materialize ?
