Agree with dicky11, hold 1 year, 50% is possible, but also provided if construction projects are back in bullish trend. If ECRL resumes, Econ will limit up and hit 60sens minimum. Subsequently they need to show improvements in their QR result to be able to hit RM1 again.

亿钢控股（ECONBHD，5253 ，主板建筑股）获颁总值6880万令吉建筑合约，负责布城第8区综合发展项目的地基与底层工程。

合约为期18个月，料贡献截至6月杪的2019财年营收表现；纳入以上合约后，现财年新增订单推高至5亿7550万令吉。

行家建议：

虽然获得合约，但亿钢控股最新公布的未完成订单，由11亿令吉跌至9亿5000万令吉。我们相信，是因为公司正在逐渐完成进行中项目。

该公司今财年料能共获得6亿令吉新增订单；至于2020和2021财年，估计每年可获5亿令吉新增订单。

因此2019、2020和2021财年的净利预测，分别调涨3%、6%和7%。

目标价稍微上修至27仙，但维持“减持”评级。

我们依旧认为国内建筑领域放缓，并非一般的周期循环调整，而是整个行业的基本面都在剧变。
